Wheatgrass – very effective for soft tissue injuries

Published on Feb 24, 2014

Recovery of soft tissue injuries is often slow, mainly because of the deep-seated bleeding involved. The blood is where it shouldn't be - in the tissues - instead of in the blood vessels. This can predispose to inflammation, swelling and pain. However, application of wheatgrass extract to the injury prevents deep-seated bleeding and aids rapid absorption of blood clot, significantly hastening  healing. The extract also accelerates recovery of pulled muscles, sprains, groin injuries, and bruising.
